"Good health adds life to years".

The World Health Day is celebrated every year on 7th Apr’12 to mark
the anniversary of the founding of the World Health Organization
(WHO). The theme for this year is “Good health adds life to years”.

Having a quality life is better then adding years to life without
quality living,

Being old, doesn’t make you a stronger contender for any disease.
Taking care of your body in the early years of life ensures that your
body is able to cope up with old age.Following a healthy diet and
regular exercise is the key to being healthy.

To have good quality long life follow a simple mantra-“Eat healthy,
exercise regularly & get yourself evaluated yearly.This will add life
to years.

Here’s to a lifetime of good health this World Health Day”.
