The Dragon Diet for 2012.

The Chinese Zodiac also assigns animals to the years, and 2012 is the year of the Dragon. Fifth in the years’ cycle, Dragon Years follow the Rabbit and recur every twelfth year. The dragon year is considered a special year, and dragon people excel this year. The dragon year is also the year in which powerful forces come into play, and great change is introduced into the scheme of things.

What a lovely thought with which to inspire ourselves. Why waste this chance and why not invoke great change in our own lives by using our personal decision-making power to begin a whole new ultra-healthy chapter of our life.
Is your decision-making power weak? Well, use the power of the Dragon year and DECIDE FOR YOURSELF to make it stronger. Your willpower grows with every positive decision you make… power feeds on power …. and soon you are a overflowing well of possibilities!
Willpower plays a large role in eating healthy and right. Most people are simply addicted to foods. Many eat for emotional reasons and many out of habit, the most dangerous being well-its-time-to-eat habit. You don’t have to have a full dinner every single day. You don’t even have to have dinner… soup and starter and a fruit can satisfy you as much as a full dinner can.
Talk to a nutritionist (we have many at AHI who will be glad to help) and get yourself a proper nutrition plan, tailored to your needs. Plan to lose a couple of kilos a month. Maybe at the end of 2012 you will be 24 kgs. lighter, and add a whole bunch of years to your life!
