Red wine’s ‘good-for-your-heart’ reputation update

If you like your wine and sip at it with ‘good-for-my-heart’  (just a glass, daily, please, for men, and even less, for women), this article may interest you. It’s very medically worded, but interesting nonetheless.

Pay attention to the last line: “Limitations to the study included its small sample size, the fact that participants were healthy, and that participants fasted before they drank red wine, as drinking with meals “could have been more realistic.””

And what happens if you skip wine altogether? Not a bad idea, come to think of it.
